Securely bagged household garbage is to be brought to the back lobby. It may also be put into the chute on each floor, as long as: 1) it will not block the chute 2) it does not contain pet waste or hazardous materials. Do not use the chute after 10:00pm. Do not leave garbage next to the chute.
For larger items, please call the Management Office to arrange access to the bulk trash disposal area.
Recycling and composting are required by law.
Paper and plastic/glass/metal recyclables are to be brought to the back lobby recycling area and placed in the appropriate bin. Compost is to be placed in the brown bins found outdoors along the walkways. No plastic bags may be put into the compost bins (specifically compostable bags may be used).
Call or email the Management Office to place a request. Routine maintenance work is scheduled according to staff availability.
In an emergency, such as flooding, call the office for immediate service, or the emergency number if it is after hours. If you are not at home, give the office contact information for people who have your key so that the staff can gain access.
The cost is $75. Use our window cleaning calendar to schedule your appointment. Same-day appointments may also be available; call the office to ask.
Cleaning will begin between 10am-2pm, and take approx. 3 hours to complete. Exact start time depends on staff availability. Note that Inclement weather / emergency work orders may cause delayed or rescheduled service.
The cost is $150. You must complete an Air Conditioner Installation Agreement, and the make/model of the unit must be approved, before an air conditioner can be installed.
